Well,my confidence levels went up a little today because I got a good compliment from someone very close to my family.
There's this monk who's been known to my mom since she was a little kid!
He's been visiting my family since ages and well even though I know that sometimes he likes to butter up people a bit,deep down,he's a good soul.
The thing is, he kept a 'Havan' pooja today at the office,and it worked out well.Infact, I was happy that I participated and helped out.It gave me a warm feeling inside.But, the thing that gave me more confidence was not the helping out part,but it was pertaining to something the Swamiji said.He's always lamenting the fact that good company and good thoughts coupled with a good diet will definitely boost one's confidence and also help one to lead a satisfied life.
This time as he was talking casually,he mentioned that I should keep on helping out Dad whenever I could, and while saying that he casually added that I should help out cause it was after all my concern too-and since I was the 'BOSS'!!! :)
Wow!!!!That one comment though uttered casually, was also said very sincerely.I was very happy at that one comment-maybe because my dad never acknowledges me in front of anyone,while here this person whom I had known since ages was actually and honestly meaning every word of his comment.Felt great acteuall,awesome even.My confidence levels went up sky high,when I heard that.
Hmmmm.....so moving on to other things I still haven't gone to Pune. I have been postponing going there because of some problem or the other.But I have to finally go there as i left all my documents there,and I need them since I lost my licence a week back.
I should also get down to get my duplicate licence done as soon as possible.Till now, at least ,I haven't been caught in the clutches of the mamu. But my luck has been thinning out since a few days, and one never knows when one's luck may run out and get one into a sticky spot.
Oh yeah,and the french language class I decided to join,well the thing is that now I have second thoughts about joining it!
Hmmmmm ......... gotta go now.Some problem with the UNO.
